This is a full day of Christmas floristry — three seasonal designs, one immersive festive experience. Rather than being a direct continuation of our beginner floristry courses, this workshop focuses on something slightly different: how to create core designs at Christmas, working with the specific flowers, foliage and materials that define this time of year. Just like Professional florists would be. It’s still rooted in the same fundamental floristry skills but the real shift comes from the ingredients. Christmas floristry has its own palette, textures, foliage's with woodier stems, seasonally available winter flowers and traditions, and it’s this change in materials that naturally changes how designs are built and styled. This course explores how those core floristry techniques are adapted and applied within a completely seasonal context — reflecting the way florists actually work during the Christmas period. What you’ll create Across the day, you’ll design and make three finished festive pieces: -A Christmas table arrangement featuring candle styling -A festive hand-tied bouquet arranged in a vase -A traditional Christmas wreath with seasonal detailing Each design focuses on a different core floristry format, giving you the chance to build confidence, develop your technique, and understand how florists approach Christmas design across different settings — from gifting to home styling to front door wreaths. You’ll be guided step by step throughout the day, with plenty of support, but also space to really enjoy the making process and get fully immersed in the flowers.
