Lambing Day Flower Animals Kids Workshop

Service Description

Join us at Bedfordshire Flower School this Lambing Open Day at Franklin’s Farm on Saturday 11th April for a kids workshop flower session full of creativity, flowers, and a little bit of farmyard magic. We’ll be running bookable, drop-in children’s flower workshops, where little creatives (and big ones too!) can make their own adorable bunny or sheep using fresh flowers — the perfect hands-on activity to match a day full of lambs, animals, and springtime fun. We'll have both available on the day so you can choose on arrival which one (bunny or sheep) you'd like to make. Once booked, you can pop in any time between 10am and 2pm — no need to stick to a set time. Each animal make takes around 15-20 minutes, so it’s easy to fit in around exploring the farm, meeting the lambs, and enjoying everything else on offer. This Kids workshop is designed for children aged 5 and up, these workshops are all about getting stuck in, having a go, and creating something joyful to take home. No experience is needed — we’ll guide them step by step as they bring their fluffy floral creations to life. Grown-ups are more than welcome to join in too — whether that’s helping little hands or making your own sheep or bunny alongside them (… in fact, we highly recommend it) just make sure to book as many animals as you want to make. With live lambing, tractor rides, craft stalls, and plenty to explore across the farm, it’s the perfect way to spend a spring day — and a lovely excuse to get creative with flowers while you’re here.
