Looking to create beautiful, sustainable floral designs for churches, weddings, or special events? Our Eco Sustainable Church Flower Arranging Workshop is designed for flower arrangers who want to combine creativity with eco-conscious practices, and is perfect for volunteer church flower arrangers or intermediate skilled flower arrangers looking to build confidence and advance their skills. Hosted on Thursday 7th May, 9:30 am–12:30 pm, this hands-on course focuses on techniques and mechanics that support a “work with nature, not against it” approach — moving away from floral foam and embracing sustainable methods that are practical, visually balanced, and long-lasting. During the workshop, you’ll create two take-home designs: A classic pedestal arrangement for ceremony or altar displays A meadow-style grounded floral design, ideal for a natural, seasonal look in windows (or you could adapt the mechanics so it could be for a font). With just six places available, you’ll enjoy a relaxed safe space, one-to-one guidance, and all flowers, tools, and sustainable mechanics provided. £175 per person includes all materials, tuition, AND both completed designs to take home. Whether you’re arranging for a church, planning to make church wedding florals, or simply want to master new sustainable floristry techniques, this workshop is your opportunity to learn, create, and take home gorgeous, eco-friendly floral designs — while feeling confident in your ability to make a difference. OUR CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY Please note: We need a minimum of 48 hours of notice, to cancel your place on a workshop/class. We can offer you a transfer to another workshop (with same value) or a gift voucher to use on a future date. Payments for workshops/classes are generally non-refundable. We liken it to buying a theatre ticket. Some of the work has taken place ahead of the actual session and the flowers, which are perishable / materials to be used have been purchased.
