We can offer you a transfer to another workshop (with same value) or a gift voucher to use on a future date. Payments for workshops/classes are generally non-refundable. We liken it to buying a theatre ticket. Some of the work has taken place ahead of the actual session and the flowers, which are perishable / materials to be used have been purchased.
